Tesla’s iD.3 rivalling hatchback to debut in 2023
According to the latest media reports, Tesla is gearing up to launch a more affordable Electric Vehicle, likely to be called Model 2 in 2023. The car will be based on the Tesla Model 3, but unlike it, will be a hatchback. The car will go against the likes of the VW iD.3, Nissan Leaf and Kia Niro. Tesla Model 2 is expected to be the brand’s most affordable car, as the brand is working on new battery technology which will bring costs down by 50 percent.
