Formula Regional Championship revealed for India- stepping stone for F1 races
Mumbai Falcons have decided to bring the Formula Regional Championship to the country. The Formula Regional Indian Championship is an FIA-graded F3 event that will give racers a chance to FIA F3 championship, which ultimately gets the racers close to F1. A provisional calendar has been released, which reveals 15 races to be held at Buddh International Circuit, Madras Motor Race Track, and Coimbatore’s Kari Motor Speedway. 15 drivers will race in 15 events, each race being 30 minutes long with 5 rounds. The events will begin in February 2022 and will last till March-end 2022. A street race in Hyderabad will take place too, on an FIA Grade 2 circuit.
