Yamaha fascino with hybrid tech revealed
Yamaha unveiled the new Fascino 125 Fi Hybrid scooter along with the launch of the FZ-X. It comes with a small electric motor, which Yamaha calls Smart Motor Generator (SMG), coupled with the 125cc Fi engine, capable of producing 8bhp and 10.5Nm of torque. The system will help the scooter while starting off or when extra power is required, like going uphill. The hybrid tech will be more efficient than the regular Fascino. The scooter comes with full LED headlamps and taillamps with front DRLs. It also gets a new digital instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity.
