Tata Motors has launched the more rugged, urban off-road-oriented version of the Tiago. The Tiago NRG starts at Rs.6.57 lakh for the manual variant and Rs.7.09 lakh for the AMT variant. The car is based on the Tiago XZ+ trim and comes with plastic cladding on the front and rear bumpers and wheel arches, and a plastic element on the tailgate. On the inside, the NRG variant comes with red accents around the AC vents and the gear knob, with a 7” touchscreen system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay compatibility. The car uses the same 1.2-liter three-cylinder petrol engine from the Tiago.

Tata Motors has launched a special edition of its flagship SUV Safari, called the Gold edition. The Gold edition gets cosmetic changes on the inside and outside. What’s more, Tata Motors has updated the feature list of the Safari with few welcome additions. As the name suggests, the Tata Safari Gold edition comes with plenty of gold highlights. On the outside, most of the chrome elements have been swapped with golden elements, which include the front grille, fog lamp surrounds, Tata logos at the front and back, roof rail, and the Safari badge.
Audi India had earlier revealed that it will launch the e-Tron GT in India as their next electric model. The brand will launch the e-Tron GT in India on September 22. Audi is expected to bring two variants of the e-Tron GT to India- standard and RS. In terms of the powertrain, the Audi e-Tron GT uses two electric motors mounted on each axle. The standard S variant generates a total output of 475hp and 630Nm of torque, while the RS gets a more powerful rear electric motor, making 598hp and 830Nm of torque.
Tata Motors is gearing up to launch its smallest UV in India, the Punch. The brand has already revealed the exteriors of the punch on social media, in a dual tone blue and white exterior shade. Tata Punch was recently spotted testing without any camouflage, in a dual tone black and red body color. The car looks aggressive, especially the split headlamp front design. The Punch rides on 15” diamond cut alloy wheels, and gets recessed rear door handles. Tata Motors will launch the Punch in the festive season, with prices starting at around Rs.5.5 lakh.
