According to reports, Tata Motors has completed the production of the first batch of the HB-X sub-compact crossover and is expected to launch the car in the coming months. The compact crossover will compete with the Maruti Suzuki Ignis, Mahindra KUV100, and the upcoming Hyundai Casper. The HB-X is built on the ALFA platform and will be powered by a 1.2-liter petrol engine producing 85bhp and 113Nm of torque. On the outside, the car will feature split headlamps, diamond-cut alloy wheels, and body cladding. Inside, it will feature a 7” touchscreen head-unit, a 7” driver’s display, and cruise control.
