Suzuki Vitara mid-size SUV spied in India
Maruti Suzuki may introduce the Vitara facelift in India in 2024
Suzuki’s mid-size SUV for the international markets, the Vitara has been spotted in India, at Maruti Suzuki’s Gurgaon plant. While there is no official confirmation, test mule of the Suzuki Vitara is being used for testing the powertrain of the Vitara facelift. The car spotted can be seen in a shade of black. The Vitara is roughly the same size as the Hyundai Creta or Kia Seltos.
In India, Suzuki uses the Vitara moniker with its sub-4m SUV. The Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza is currently the best selling C-SUV in the country. Suzuki also sells the S-Cross through its premium Nexa outlets. Once launched in India, the Vitara is expected to replace the S-Cross and will be positioned in the Rs.10-15 lakh price bracket.
Suzuki Vitara facelift
Suzuki is planning to introduce the Vitara facelift in 2024 in Japan. The new generation model is expected to be slightly longer than the current car, with more upmarket looks, a hybrid powertrain, plethora of features, and Adaptive Driver Assistance System or ADAS. The car is expected to arrive in India in 2024.
