Jeep Commander 7 seater SUV teased for Brazil

Jeep Brazil has released a new teaser video revealing the 7 seater Jeep Compass-based Commander SUV. The Commander will be revealed globally on August 26 and will come to India as the Jeep Meridian. The Commander features similar front styling as the Compass, with a slightly tweaked bumper with LED DRLs. The main change is at the rear, where the car gets slim LED taillamps with rectangular lighting elements. The Commander also gets new alloy wheels and a dual-tone paint option giving it a floating roof design. When launched in India, the Jeep Meridian will compete with the VW Tiguan, Toyota Fortuner, MG Gloster, and Ford Endeavor.
