UK-based restoring company Everrati in collaboration with US-based Superformance has revealed an all-electric version of the classic Ford GT40. Superformance will build the chassis and shells of the car while Everrati will work on the electric powertrain. The electric GT40 is expected to feature a 46kWh lithium-ion battery pack, making 800bhp and 800Nm of torque, with a 0-100kmph time of 4 seconds. The car will have an electric range of about 200km. The car will also feature two driving modes-Comfort & Sport, disc brakes on all four wheels, original-style seats, Bilstein coil-over springs, and active sound performance exhaust.
