Bajaj Auto has taken over Triumph Motorcycles' India sales and marketing operations. It will be effective from April 1, and all the current 15 dealerships of the British premium two-wheeler manufacturer “Triumph Motorcycles” in India will be managed by the Pulsar-inventor company.
The two companies will soon announce the launch timing of the co-developed mid-sized Triumph motorcycles, which will be built at Bajaj Auto's Chakan plant. Bajaj Auto also plans to launch Triumph dealerships in over 120 cities in the next two years. These new showrooms will be created in line with Triumph's global standards.
