What if a product is currently out of stock in the size I want?
We usually replenish our stock as soon as possible but it might happen that some size will be out of stock in the design you like.
Just contact us at email@example.com and we’ll make sure that it is available as soon as possible.
How long will it take for my t-shirt to arrive?
Order that is completed before 11 am is shipped on the same day. Orders are usually delivered within 3-5 working days. In a case of unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, acts of God or inter-galactic rioting, the delivery time may increase by a few days. Orders that are completed on a Sunday, public holiday or after 11 am on a normal working day are shipped on the next working day.

We will try to deliver a bulk order in the most efficient and cheapest manner. Please feel free to contact us at email@example.com with your order details and we will customise the delivery as per your needs.
How can I cancel my order?
1. If you wish to cancel your order, you can get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel your order.
2. If your order has been dispatched but yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact us to inform them of the same.
3. For Prepaid order, the cancellation will also be done and the amount will be getting refunded to you via Payment Gateway directly into your Bank Account.

Items will have to be in new condition and returned in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery.
What is the Exchange Policy?
If you are unhappy with the t-shirt that you have received, you can send it back to us within 15 days of the delivery. We will either replace it with another design or size, or offer credit on a future purchase, or provide you with a refund (COD handling charges are non-refundable).

Who bears the delivery charges of the items returned?
· If the product was returned due to any sort of product damage, then we will bear the delivery charges.
· If the product was returned for a change in design or size, then the delivery charges will have to be borne by the customer.
